You will complete a face to face or Video interview. This will be competence based.

We need to collect two professional references for your application, so make sure you have 2 people that could act as your referees. One of them must be your most recent employer. We accept references from either:

• A care home manager or another equivalent level healthcare employer
• Band 6 (or higher) nurse
• Up to one representative of an agency you previously worked for in a healthcare role

These documents can be your Nursing qualifications and other relevant certificates

We require your 8-digit NMC PIN so we can check your registration with the NMC. We will also conduct regular NMC checks to ensure that your registration remains effective.

We need to see full pages of your enhanced DBS certificate. If it is more 12 months old, we’ll also require your DBS Update Service ID. If your certificate is over 12 months old and you are not registered with the update service, you need to apply for a new  DBS.

To confirm your right to work in the UK we’ll need either a copy of your passport (Front cover and main pages of Passport (fully visible), a valid visa, or a biometric ID / residence card(both sides).

Accepted Proofs of Address: Bank Statement / Bank opening account / Credit card statement / P45 / P60 / Council Tax statement / Utility bill (Gas bill, Electricity bill, Water bill., Telephone bill) / Benefit statement (Child allowance, Pension, etc…) / Driving license / Document from Central or Local Government; Government agency; Local Authority; Employment service; Custom & Revenue, Job Centre, Social Security Dated within the last 3 months. (Council tax statements, P45 and P60 can be dated within 12 months).
